1. Usage Rules

• Confessions Bot is for anonymous messages only.

• Users must not post illegal content, NSFW content, or content that promotes harassment, hate, or violence.

• Confessions must not contain personal information about others (doxxing is strictly prohibited).

2. Server & User Responsibilities

• Server owners and moderators are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for their members.

• Confessions Bot cannot be used to harass or target other servers or individuals.

3. Reporting & Moderation

• Users can report confessions to the GhostLabs Moderation Team if they violate the rules.

• The moderation team has the authority to:

  • Ban individual users from using Confessions Bot.

  • Ban entire servers from using Confessions Bot.

• All moderation decisions are final and made in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service.

4. Privacy & Data

• Confessions are anonymous.

• Server owners can see messages in their server but cannot see the identity of the sender.

• We do not track personal information outside of Discord IDs required for bot functionality.

5. Liability

• Confessions Bot is provided as-is.

• GhostLabs is not responsible for disputes, server issues, or content posted by users.

• Users assume full responsibility for the messages they send.

6. Compliance

• Confessions Bot and all moderation actions follow Discord Terms of Service.

• Users and servers must comply with Discord TOS when using Confessions Bot.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of Confessions Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
