Suggestions Bot is designed to help Discord servers collect and manage community ideas and feedback in an organized manner.

2️⃣ User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content they submit. Suggestions must not include:
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse
• NSFW or illegal content
• Spam or advertisements
• Malicious links or harmful material

3️⃣ Server Staff Authority

All suggestions are managed by the individual server’s owners and staff team, not Ghostlabs.
Server staff have full control to approve, deny, remove, or moderate suggestions within their own server.

4️⃣ Ghostlabs Role

Ghostlabs provides and maintains the bot’s functionality but does not interfere with, review, or control suggestions submitted within individual servers unless required for platform safety or legal reasons.

5️⃣ Service Availability

We strive to keep Suggestions Bot online and stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

6️⃣ Abuse & Exploits

Attempting to exploit bugs, bypass restrictions, or disrupt the bot may result in loss of access to the bot.

7️⃣ Changes to Terms

Ghostlabs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot means you agree to the latest version.
